Refund & Replacement Policy

Thank you for shopping with us. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.

Refund Policy

We maintain a strict refund policy to ensure fairness and transparency:

• Refunds will only be issued if the purchased key has not been used, activated, or redeemed in any manner.
• Customers must provide valid proof and cooperate with any verification process required to confirm that the key remains unused.
• Once a key has been used or activated, no refunds will be provided under any circumstances.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:

• The key has already been redeemed or activated.
• Incorrect purchase made by the customer.
• Change of mind after delivery.
• Compatibility issues not specified prior to purchase.
• Any other circumstances not explicitly covered under our refund eligibility criteria.

Replacement Policy

We offer replacements under specific conditions:

• Replacements are only available for the same product.
• If a key is found to be invalid or not working, customers may request a replacement.
• Proof of the issue (such as screenshots or error messages) may be required for verification.
• Once verified, a replacement key for the same product will be issued.

General Conditions

• All requests for refunds or replacements must be made within a reasonable time after purchase.
• We reserve the right to deny any request that does not meet the above conditions.
• Our decision regarding refunds and replacements will be final.
